This Duomly Software and its components are offered for support learning activities only; this software shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the software, and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information.

You are restricted explicitly from all of the following:
- using this Duomly in any way that is or may be damaging to this Duomly Software;
- using this Duomly in any way that impacts user access to this Duomly Software;

6. Payment policy

Registration and using Duomly Software is free for access to free courses. For enabling the possibility to use the premium content, payments are charged from users. Payments are processed by external payment service provider Paddle.com and How To Code S.R.O is not responsible for problems arising from the use of payment provider by the user. All paid features are provided on the precise order of the user and are made by their activation. Amount of charge is equivalent to subscription period and type of enabled package. Yearly payments are charged once for a year. We accept payment by card. Money refund can be done by Duomly Software up to 24h after the purchase. In case of refund contact us at [email protected]

7. Warranties

This Duomly Software is provided “as is,” with all faults, and express no representations or warranties, of any kind related to this Website or the materials contained on this Website. Also, nothing contained on this Website shall be interpreted as advising you.
